Manager of Grants and Partnerships.

SUMMARY:
The Grant Investment and Partnership Manager will be in charge of managing all operations related to resource mobilization, grant administration, funding gaps and needs, fundraising plans, and awarding procedures.
Keep track of project deadlines and milestones.
Using several project management databases, analyze data on project activities and track progress toward goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the organization's financing objectives, spearhead grant-making activities, and manage the resource mobilization strategy.
For the organization's programs, activities, and operations, look for funding and grants.
Create a work strategy for resource mobilization and fund creation, and monitor the plan's execution continually.
Provide policies and processes for proposal creation and oversight that guarantee efficient coordination for resource mobilization, grant agreement approval, predicting and managing finance deficits, and proposal development.
When needed, offer further assistance in putting the Resource Mobilization Strategy into practice.
Providing assistance to teams to guarantee compliance with donor and other financial standards, including timely and accurate reporting, is important.
Control the Foundation's operations and account division.
Advisory and endowment management for the Foundation
Make that milestones and departmental goals are fulfilled, and that the budget is followed.
Ensure communications and program objectives and actions by collaborating with the technical and communications teams.
Create a resource requirements map and resource mobilization plans.
Stay abreast of donor landscape, priorities, and trends while working to find new donors, particularly for tech start-ups, among governments, foundations, people, and industry.
Organize and take an active role in grant proposal creation, writing, and submission.
must take the initiative in locating financial options, compiling a list of them, and informing the program team of the details.
Create concept notes, proposals, and budgets that support the realization of the strategic strategy for the Foundation and are in line with the interests of the donors.
Promote and strengthen current alliances and partnerships.
Important experience and qualifications needed:
a degree in social sciences, development studies, marketing, or a related discipline from an accredited university. MBA
Compulsory at least five years of high-level experience, fund- and grant-raising across industries, particularly for renewable energy and IT start-ups, proposal creation, donor relations, and account administration (COMPULSORY)
the capacity to work on performance-based fundraising goals;
With expertise in proposal development, excellent spoken and written English is a need.
the capacity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including business, civic society, governments, and international bodies.
Successful resource mobilization that can be proven.
good awareness of the environment and procedures of donor finance; ability to manage and establish strategic donor relationships;
MONTHLY SALARY: N300,000-N400,000.
